Overview

The Story of Bristol Reborn: Envisioned from redevelopment at a Community Charrette, and funded through Transportation Enhancement and other grants, Central Square was completely redone – traffic flow, water and sewer infrastructure, lighting, green space, etc. The building now hosts a successful school and gorgeous second floor apartments. Three of the other buildings in the Square were purchased and are being re-developed by a local electrician/developer including the former Bristol Hotel. When this building is completed, the first floor will be a new art gallery with the other space TBA. On the second and third floor are apartments.
