TOWN PLANNER/CODE ENFORCEMENT POSITION

The Town of Epping is seeking an experienced full-time Town Planner.  Candidates must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in planning, community or economic development and/or public administration.  Master degree candidates in the field of planning is desired but not required.  Candidates must have a minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in a complex municipal environment and/or an equivalent of education and experience.  Performs duties as the Code Enforcement Officer on matters related to zoning regulations, State statutes and site regulations to name a few, and to attend Planning Board and Zoning Board meetings.   Full-time benefits to be offered and compensation to be commensurate with experience.  Salary range expected to be $70,000-$95,000 annually.  Interested candidates please send letter of interest and resume to: Town of Epping Planning Department c/o Phyllis McDonough 157 Main St. Epping, NH 03042 or email to planningboard@townofepping.com by close of business on December 15, 2023.  The Town of Epping is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
