Vermont Better Places Program Crowdfunding Project Management

The State has partnered with the Vermont Community Foundation to implement the Vermont Better Places Program, and through this solicitation, seeks its final partner whose primary objective will be to democratize the grant-making process and advance local philanthropy through a donation-based crowdfunding platform, and provide project management support to ensure local projects meet program requirements, and are successful in their fundraising campaigns.

The scope of work is broken down into three phases:

• Phase 1 – Develop and maintain a dedicated website for the Better Places program and its online donation-based crowdfunding platform;

• Phase 2 – Provide strategic marketing, training, and program outreach;

• Phase 3 – Project manage, in partnership with the State and its partner, Vermont Community Foundation, the Better Places program, and associated crowdfunding platform.
