The new Community Guide: Regional Collaboration for Climate Action offers examples and suggestions for climate action.

Climate change and more importantly, climate action, may well be at the top of the urgent topic list for 2021. While this year’s GrowSmart Summit focused on climate change and economic opportunity, the 2020 Summit focused on thinking about regional solutions to complex issues, including climate change.

One of the outcomes from the 2020 Summit included a GrowSmart Maine Community Guide: Regional Collaboration for Climate Action with its focus on how regional collaboration can result in greater outcomes. “Regional collaboration offers communities the opportunity to expand capacity to address more complex systems issues.” The Community Guide offers examples and suggestions for communities to consider, to join in climate action for our collective future.
