Maine Association of Planners (MAP) hosts two annual events each year:
The General Membership Meeting is typically held in January and includes a business meeting for MAP members along with discussion about the legislative agenda.
The Annual Meeting and Conference is usually hosted in May. This event includes professional development sessions for planners and a business meeting for members that includes announcement and recognition of MAP annual award recipients and election of board members.

2019 MAP Annual Meeting and Conference
Planning is underway for the 2019 MAP Annual Meeting and conference to be held on Friday, May 17, 2019 in Portland. This will be a full day event with multiple sessions/workshops and important MAP business regarding reorganization.
